INGREDIENTS
(Serves 4)
- 2 bananas
- 3 small steamed beetroots
- 2 cups organic wholegrain oats
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp organic cacao
- 1 tbsp organic carob powder
- 100ml milk/plant milk
To serve:
Fresh berries, mixed seeds, natural yoghurt
METHOD
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees/fan.
Place the bananas, beetroot, egg, cacao and carob in a food processor and blitz until creamy.
Pour the mixture into a bowl with the oats and milk, and stir until combined.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and cook in the oven for 30-40 minutes, until firm to the touch but still slightly gooey.
Serve with fresh berries, mixed seeds and a whole yoghurt of your choice.
