About me

I’m a nutrition writer based in Brodick on the Isle of Arran. After my own health struggles, I decided to study nutrition. I hold the Diploma in Culinary Medicine from the Culinary Medicine College and I am registered with the Federation of Holistic Therapists. My education taught me science-based methods to support the body’s optimum functioning. I decided to specialise in meal planning in order to help clients make practical changes that will help you meet your health goals and optimise how you live day to day

I believe that healthy eating is simply an enjoyable way of living. It doesn't need to be complicated, expensive or stressful. Nutrition should be affordable, delicious and energy-giving. This is why I also produce free nutrition and lifestyle content that you can access whenever you need to.
